Our Buckeye Road campus sits in West Avondale, two miles south of the I-10 / Avondale Boulevard interchange, with easy access to Goodyear, Buckeye, Litchfield Park, and South Phoenix.
- From I-10 (west or east): Exit Avondale Blvd south, follow to Buckeye Rd, turn right (west) — YSB is on the south side after 113th Ave.
- From the 303 Loop: South to I-10 east, exit Avondale Blvd, follow above.
- From Sky Harbor Airport: Take I-10 west approximately 25 miles, exit Avondale Blvd south.
- From Downtown Phoenix: West on I-10 for 20 minutes off-peak; allow 35 minutes during rush hour.
- Public transit: Valley Metro Bus 3 stops on Avondale Blvd within walking distance of our campus.
Free visitor parking is available on the north side of the campus, with overflow parking adjacent to the medical office building.
Our Service Area
Most YSB residents come from within 25 miles of the campus — Avondale, Goodyear, Litchfield Park, Buckeye, Tolleson, Cashion, Maryvale, West Phoenix, Glendale, and Peoria. We also routinely admit residents from greater Phoenix, Mesa, Tempe, Scottsdale, and across the Salt River Valley. Telehealth IOP extends outpatient programming to anywhere with a reliable connection in Arizona.
